City of Zeeland
North American is constructing an electric generating plant adjacent to
the Autumn Hills Compression Station to supply renewable energy and
capacity to the City of Zeeland’s Board of Public Works (“BPW”). The
generating plant is located in Zeeland Township, Michigan.  The plant will
be electrically connected to the BPW’s distribution system.

The initial term of the Agreement with the BPW is fifteen (15) years for the
initial supply of 4,000 kW, with this capacity being phased into service
over time.

North American is constructing a generator building which will allow
6,400 kW of capacity.  The initial supply of power will be provided by three
Caterpillar 3516 engine generator sets producing 800 kW each at 4,160
volts.

The landfill gas supply is from the Autumn Hills Landfill which is located
across the street to the south and east.

The in service date is estimated to be May, 2009.
